Contai Mixed-use Residence

Purposeful design, grounded in place.

A compact residence with a commercial ground floor, translated from a contemporary 3D design into an active construction site.

Every view is developed to align architectural character with practical construction decisions. The visual idea, structure and buildability are considered together.
